WTAMU falls to Concordia-St. Paul in national title match

West Texas A&M was swept by Concordia-St. Paul as the Golden Bears claimed their third-straight national title at the 2009 NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship on Saturday in St. Paul, Minn. Concordia, the first volleyball team in Division I and II history to with three consecutive national championships, capped off a perfect 37-0 season by scores of 25-18, 25-18, 25-16. WTAMU finished their memorable season with a 39-4 overall record.

WTAMU beats Flagler to advance to National Championship match
12/4/09 - West Texas A&M punched its ticket to the 2009 NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship match with a 3-1 (25-17, 22-25, 25-18, 27-25) victory over Flagler College in the semifinals on Friday.

WTAMU ready for 10th appearance at NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship
12/2/09 - The postseason continues for West Texas A&M this week at the 2009 NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship in St. Paul, Minn. After winning both the Lone Star Conference and South Central Regional titles, WTAMU (37-3) plays California (Pa.) (35-4) at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, December 3, in the quarterfinals at the Gangeloff Center on the campus of Concordia-St. Paul.
