Brackets: Draws will be finalized at the pre-tournament meeting. All teams shall be seeded based on the final conference round robin results. Any ties shall be subject to the ITA tiebreaker rules. (If conference teams play more than once during the season, only the match designated as part of the round robin schedule will count toward seeding.)

Youth Clinic: The LSC and Southlake Tennis Center staff would like to partner with participating teams to conduct a youth clinic for Southlake junior tennis players as a way to: 1) inspire and train Southlake area youth, and 2) raise awareness for our event, institutions and tennis programs. The Southlake junior program has more than 250 players.
T-Shirts: Limited quantities will be available at the tournament site for $15 each.
Format: 9-point matches with three, 8-game Pro Sets being used for doubles and six best of 3-sets being used for singles. Six courts will be assigned to each match. All singles matches will start 10 minutes after the doubles are completed. The match will stop when one team reaches 5 points.
Balls: Wilson “US OPEN” will be used for each match. Three balls will be given for each match. Three new balls will be issued for third set.
Awards: A team championship trophy plus ten (10) medals for team members.
