Ashley Flores, Midwestern State University, JR, Haltom City, Texas, Haltom HS
Flores paced No. 11 Midwestern State to its 13th meet victory in the last five years by shattering the school’s 4K individual record with a time of 14:16.45. The junior from Haltom City also led the team to its first perfect score (15) in school history besting current teammate Michelle Krezonoski time of 14:34.00 set last season at the same event. The individual win was the first for Flores as a collegian after earning USTFCCCA all-region honors in 2011.
