Scott, Brister named LSC Athletes of Year

Abilene Christian's Bernard Scott and West Texas A&M's Emily Brister were chosen as the 2009 Lone Star Conference Male and Female Athletes of the Year, respectively. The awards were announced Tuesday following a vote of the league's sports information directors.

2008-09 LSC Scholar-Athletes announced
6/3/09 - The annual Lone Star Conference Scholar-Athlete Award winners for 2008-09 were announced on Wednesday, with 29 student-athletes honored by league officials.
